well wats not new
last trip was for gerrys last night as our leader..unfortunately Gerry was not there. We ran for the train to Belfast, with Unas cake and we went bowling, bringing along a "close" friend of Tinas. Bowling was great, with Una coming last with about 30 points, lol and URNSY winning.
funniest was Dee and Joe on the dance machine and we were all very impressed.
after missing the train we had to wait for an hour and a half to get home but it was a really good night
75TH ANNIVERSAIRY CAMP THIS WEEKEND!!! 14/16TH JUNE
camp was reallly good..we had a brilliant time,we managed to find the campsite with only a bit of difficulty but even thoguh our bite of the site was relatively muck free we still manges to have muck up to our foreheads within about half an hour of arriving.Tina and i fell about 6times and i lost my shoe in the mud...we got no sleep on sat night because paddy pulled our tent pegs out and we couldnt sleep.sunday ws cool and we watched the ireland match and got our faces painted
we didnt have to starve cos glengormly were there...thank God..cos they normally have to feed us and we got bacon butties for breakfast.
on the way home we jsut forgot the independant women thing and got a taxi as it was raining
but it was the best weekend and we cant wait for larch hill this august
our scouts were there as well and everyone had fun

Venture black tie ball is November 30th i think which i really hope we can get to this year
and theres also roverway 2003, which i dont know if were goin to go to or not
and the EXPLORER BELT!!

We got our new leaders 2nite
GUESS WHOOOOO....its Johnny and Claire
so we discussed all the stuff were doin next year and were having all the ventures in the region up for a games night and were planning on loads of national activites and jsut having loadsa craic

23rd antrim (us) are hosting a games night for all the bventuresin the region and were in the process of sending out the letters to each units secretary..so hope u can all come because it should be good craic and gives everyone a chance to meet each other.
